Ingredients
1 ½ cups fresh Flat Leaf Parsely, chopped
½ cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup Garlic, chopped
3 each Green Onions, green & white parts, sliced
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until combined. Keep refrigerated until ready to use (will keep two weeks or longer). Allow to come to room temperature before using when the oil has solidified. This is an excellent sauce for grilled meats and seafood as well as cheeses and vegetables.
